How many florists work with you?
With my friendly hands-on approach I will design your wedding flowers and on the day be there to oversee the work assisted by a suitably sized team of florists.

Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, our minimum spend £2,500 (including VAT).

What area do you cover?
Surrey, London, Hampshire and Sussex.

How long have you been a florist?
Gill Pike Florist was established in 2008, but I have been involved with floristry since I was a teenager.

Can I have flowers that are out of season?
Yes, though seasonal flowers are always best and more reasonably priced. However, we will always do our very best to source your favourites or suggest alternatives if seasonably unavailable or prohibitively expensive.

What are the best ways to show my ideas?
Pinterest, and other visuals. Come and meet us at the workshop, where we will create your own mood-board :)

Do you have hire props?
Yes. Visit us soon to see our expanding range

What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
We will always encourage couples to take them home/ give to others. Gill will collect props only.

When do you need to set up?
The earliest the venue opens.

Do we meet, and when?
Yes, I meet all my clients. Then 8 weeks before the wedding I invite you to the workshop to show you a 'taster' arrangement so you can see a sample of your chosen blooms.
Is there dates you cannot do?

What is the most expensive time of year for flowers?
Valentines day, December and Mothering Sunday are PEAK seasons for flowers. Making flowers a higher value in price. Spring and Summer is easier, as local growers in the UK have better pricing, than outside the uk.

How do I book?
I take a £250 deposit, to secure your wedding date.
​
When is the Final payment due?
A week before the wedding.
This is when we will do your final stem count. If you were to have changes after the week, we will not be able to refund the difference.
